Why not just ban Charge to Hdins? current rule set doesn't prevent the joder types from playing that way and limits Hdins that would actually teleport aggressively and set up kills by forcing them to choose between DR and cast speed.

Pure Smite might be at a disadvantage, but V/T is not?
Anyway, probably better to discuss this elsewhere, you mentioned a big desire to not have spam here. Sorry again.

in any case.. vt should beat all these other dins if everyone is stuck using grief

The grief rule is lame, but making more build specific rules might work better i.e hammerdins not being allowed to charge.

Just join on a grief, berd valk, 20 fcr ammy, sop st, enig, magies, 2x fcr rings, dungo, w/e boots, prob blood for some stupid lame 40 rep setup. Pcombs, 20/11s, 10 points resist light... You wont lose @@

I would suggest allowing oak charges on any din that does not use hammers. That gives the obv disadvantage smoter a much better chance to get in / try to safely hit a lower dr hdin.

Could also allow oak in m/us that are hammer vs hammer, to let people offense each other a little more. Id go as far as banning charge in hammer vs hammer duels (any din that uses hammer ofc), so long as oaks are allowed/used. Much better gameplay in that 1v1, but i know 96657% of the rands here wont agree with it ^^

E/ also ft7? Lol

This isnt walk smite vs walk smite. You can pm D2rares if you want that :)

lol

yikes y'all are trying to take the rules to new fuckin lvls >_<

it's hard enough to keep all of them straight now!!

I do NOT support use of oak in duels... phys immune oak is insanely strong and a pure smiter would be essentially boned.....

if hdins will join without using charge I suppose that would make it fair? but i don't think many hdins are gonna accept that.... it's a bit complicated but we could try and just do the gm rules of "no excessively defensive play" and after each duel you can pm one of the mods with a rating of the other pkers "defensiveness" on a scale of 1-10... if you end up getting lots of 8-10's then mods can negate your duels and require that you have a ref in game? lots of suggestions and possibilities.. just up to the mods :)

Im saying hdins no oaks, smiters oak...?

How would that not help balance everything lol. Every single build will have 1 point foh / hf (else your retarded and wont make it very far on a ladder anyways), so an immune oak isnt a big deal at all... It adds more strategy / makes duels more dynamic then they normally are. But idk whyd youde even force nm duels, it just makes getting lr that much easier. Now my spam hdin could use 10 bmanas as well ^^ lol.

Althouh i do like the idea of immune oak in smite vs smite.... It could make for some fun gameplay when trading hits smite vs smite ^^

I forgot to say that these duels are obviously in hell difficulty. Im thinking about remaking the thread and put Grief in title
