Rules
1) Location Blood Moor Hell Difficulty.

2) Be respectful 8===D

3) A duel can begin after confirmation is given as “g” or “go” by both parties.

4) It is bm to rejoin after each death to get around the Anya bug.

5) You must have pm access or special permission to join the ladder. Please tell a mediator or post b4 you go afk for extended periods of time (ex.weeks or months)

6) The max amount of time a player can spend on vacation is 1 week. Players can challenge around them.

7) Victory is obtained on a first to 5 win scale.

8) A duel resulting in mutual death’s is considered a tie.

9) Healing methods not limited to shrines, wells, pvm leaching and potions of any are prohibited.

10) Zero hack policy.

11) Life rep up to 20 is permitted.

12) No pre-buffing and you must use your own bo. Only charms allowed in your inventory.

13) Stacked psn resistance is allowed up to 85 percent along with 75 plr by gear.

14) If requested you must show your opponent all your gear and potions.

15) Character’s must use enigma, Chaos, plus another claw.

16) If the duel is for the number 1 spot You must win by 2.

17) If you dodge 3 times in a row you may be kicked temporally.

18) You can challenge 2 ahead as long as long as you’re not challenging a top 3 ranked player. For top 3 you must challenge 1 ahead.

19) If they sit at stash for too long they must leave and rejoin while showing there gear.

20) No parting up while dueling unless it’s the mediator.

21) Winner must post s/s’s of the kills and outcome of the duel. Along with a s/s of the left skills with the time.

22) No ethereal items unless indestructible or self-repair.

23) Lvl 1 enchant is also allowed on items. Any other item with spell charges may be worn but can’t be used unless you have permission from a mediator.

24) No excessive cornering, houses or over defensive dueling. Request a mediator to watch duels this occurs. Or take a video.

25) If you town it count’s as a death. Unless agreed by opponent. If you are pushed into town by a spell you must walk out immediately.

26) 48 hours b4 u can challenge the same person twice. If they challenge you you’ve got to wait 24 hours.

27) The challenger must inquire about the duel time. If the person doesn’t respond in 2 days it’s a dodge. If they don’t give a time it’s also a dodge. If the challenger doesn’t pm in 2 days it’s dropped.

28) At least 60 points must be put into traps.

29) No antidote.

30) No sorbing for lr, fr or pr. Max res will also be 75.

It's alrdy begin. I dunno oni said he'd join and a few other ppl. Arelax said hell join in a few weeks after he finishes moving cos hes 2 busy atm. Glyphic said he join to prac on his spider sin but who knows forsure. I think schoi said he might join. Decarnate said he might join on his nats sin just for the fun of it. And some other ppl. But u only have to beat who is on the ladder.

I was thinking of making a rule that u don't have to beat ppl that have joined in less then the last 2 days to claim the prize. That way sm1 won't interfere by signing up with a multi or something.
