No, because a large group of people put together rules, they liked it and began playing by them. They got popular and stuck around over a very long time. Changes are made, especially during major patches, if enigma being a problem was one of them, it would have been in the rules, but it wasn't, so we can make the assumption that people really like enigma.

If you come up to my crew while we're playing dodgeball on the school blacktop and ask "Hey, how come you guys allow catching the ball? I think you should only be allowed to dodge and throw, nothing else!" See, this is the thing, these GM specific rules, they're created by the community, it's optional. You do not have to adhere by them, but don't be surprised when people don't include you in their reindeer games. You're basically asking "why don't people just pub duel and nothing else?"

There exists a place for your kind, it's called pub games, that's how they play. People like me would have nk'd you and taken your coin.

I was always GM and respected as one of the most GM and friendly people, but I'm speaking my mind.

Like I said, if you want to be reasonable, you'd assume there's no rules, and you should play the game how it was MADE to be played by the game developers. Next there will be rules that you can't use certain char classes altogether and you should wear all blue armor and the deliriously demonic dirtbag users on this forum will follow it like rabid elves at a wood burning party.
