The duel counts - rules are clear
With beginning of the league and the first coming tournament we all discussed "Cd on weopens" and made votings. And around 90% of the members said cold damage on range barb is simply overpowered - cd on bh is more selfown than useful (e.g. bh with cd vs. exec) and even if it's not selfown it doesn't influence the duel in a negative way.
If Ori quits the tournament because of that I am sure Breee will find a solution.
