I originally implemented the utilization of 40 life replenish for a couple reasons:
(1) Plague Javelin and full invetories of poison SCs are made legal, 40 life rep is to help counter-act such builds
(2) East is currently DISO: New Stickied GM Rules. Using 40 life replenish here is my way of actively keeping intact what I feel is a GM amount of life replenish

(About CS and slow%)
You bring up a good point and are not the first person to do so. Withought further explination and spam, I'll state a NEW RULE to balance this out a bit:
-If your opponent is using CS and wearing Enigma, you may use 1 piece of gear with *Slow Target %* against them (This is the only time you may use Slow Target %)
In my opinion, CS is not that overwhelming if the zon isn't using Enigma

If you guys disagree with this new rule, post your comments so we can change this^^

my zon is built arrond nos i said this when i entered if its bm i drop made alot of changes arround the gear dun wanna do it again

I wouldn't suggest Nosferatu's as your 1 piece of slow vs CS anyway ><
Stash a Cleglaw's Pincer or Riphook, much better bet

as for more then a 451 sc for psn no rep can compensate for that 40 rep is trash and does not compare more then 451 pd is bm no way arround that the slow is ok for cs but rep for psn dosent seem to balance if a zon is zvzing with plague there gona lose hands down u know this habbuk! nn plague lol plague would be more zva plague requires alot of skill points lowering ur passive far to much to compensate

nn ur spam he has to show inv if requested and gear and prvide s/s's proving no mods desktop/ d2 soeven if he is a moder moders = 10 x easier im gm > tmc ez detect when someone uses gmb without ias bps


also due to cs zon vs gm bowa look in here fro the nightmare difficulty rule we need to set the rules in stone to get this ladder off the ground
