so max life/mana scs is 13x 20/17's

my orb build doesn't require me to use 9x cold lifer gcs, so i have a lot of random 16+/14+ life mana scs....does that mean i can't use more then 13 of them?

why is that?

if mine aren't 20/17's shouldn't i be allowed more then 13x? exemple....no more then 13x20 life (260life total) and 13x17 mana (221 total) that means i can have how ever many life/mana sc's i want...so long as they dont pass 260 life/221 mana?

why is there a cap on this?
