New rules are

No more than 25 fohs per duel allowed (prevents over defensive)
No str bug (we ain’t zons)
Target slow limited to 10%
Must state if vc or Vct
You drop down in ranking if you loose

Oh, I was in d2ga and ran into this guy name vigil that was the best smiter at the time and I killed him so bad that he got kicked from d2ga for 2 weeks for crying. It was kind of a big deal at the time, long story short sogi and vigil started fohing me 50 x and would just run from me with str bug.

That’s the only reason I want it banned because 1 overly defensive play is already banned but not enforced and str bug is just ho hammerdin sht y’all keep using.

I’m pretty much setting up vigil and sogi for their true fate.
