How am I supposed to move up if everyone is perpetually in a challenge

There should be a 1 day delay on the loser posting a new challenge, to allow people below them to challenge them

Nvm that already exists:

- If you lost the match, will have to wait for 24h before challenging anyone (this way lower ranks will have an opportunity to challenge you).

Doesn't that mean I should be allowed to challenge either Verses or PostIt?
Should be 24 hours from when you post your loss, or else how would I know to challenge? O_O
