I wish to propose a vote to amend one of the rules AND to add one other:
Majority vote wins per item (each one has a chance to be applied separately)
This vote is open to the current 15 accounts on the ladder. (1 vote per account)
Votes are final and will not be changed (please consider both sides prior to voting)
Please vote on both issues at the same time in this format: #1: Yes/No #2: Yes/No
This poll will close 11/30/14 @ 12:00 midnight.
If you do not vote, your vote will be nulled.

#1 Amendment:
Current rule: "5) If you lose a Challenge you must wait 24 Hours to re-challenge the same person."
Proposed Amendment: If you lose a Challenge you must wait 12 Hours before posting another challenge and 24 Hours to re-challenge the same person.
Reasoning: This would reward the winner with the chance to duel +1 or +2 places above him (whichever is open) and other winners under him to challenge up the ladder. (this is more of a reward of winning). The winner should have the right to challenge for whichever position he wants (within range of 2) first.

#2 New Rule:
New Rule: In the case that you own more than 1 barb on the ladder (max of 2), You are unable to challenge yourself.
Reasoning: In the case that you were able to challenge yourself it would 1) tie up the ladder and 2) become a free place swap for 1 of your barbs. Essentially challenging yourself would be as if u challenged +4. (example: you own barbs #10 and #8, you challenge yourself awarding a position swap and then go on to challenge +2. This would be the same as #10 vs #6 (+4). I propose the you are unable to challenge yourself and must challenge around your other barb. (example: You own #10 and #8, In order to advance your #10 above your #8 you would have to challenge positions #9 and then #7 (as would be in accordance to the +2 rule).

6) 3-Day Dodge Rule (Afk, no-reply, no-show = auto-loss) 2 consecutive "dodges" = removed from Ladder. Post in this thread if you need an extension (of 48 hours max).
7) It is your responsibility to keep the admins up to date on the status of your duel by posting here (Win/Lose/Null/Dodge/Request Extension).
8) If you are experiencing trouble meeting up with a challenge, please pm an admin and inform them (if we don't know that you have worked something out with...Arthos to duel in 4 days, we are going to invoke dodge/null rules).

this is exactly my point. you posted your challenge even before the results of your duel was posted.
you blocked Rios and Killer from challenging up the ladder. (in this instance killer is engaged in a duel and rios just lost to candy and must wait to re-challenge him but this is beside the point).
