yep

it's technically 4.5 points, and attack rating isn't one of the best affixes for zons, generally, but the other affixes are ideal for telebowa (nigma, 2x 40-15 shadow bow or diamond 7-frame ias)

personally, i think the market overvalues these a bit cuz nigma (45 frw) largely negates the efficacy of frw. frw is only needed in some matchups where you're dancing to avoid taking damage. this being said, 30frw is effectively 200 life pre-bo if you rely on charms/invent. this is why i think the point system is broken for zon diadems. some affixes are worth 2-3x others (20fcr is effectively 2x ring affixes. 30frw is effectively 3x 60 life or 3x 20 dex. 2os is effectively 2-3+ affixes (imagine 2x 18-18 min/max jewels vs a 9 max affix.) 30str is effectively 20dex x1.5 or 60 life x1.5, in some scenarios. it's all extremely situational. best to have lots of diadems.)
