How does everybody feel about Fort and Chiling armor?

Talking to some people, we agree its really unfair, and many duels are basically based on luck if someone spawns chilling armor.

I'd like to start a vote to ban it if this is possible.

Yeah, chilling armor can definately lose you a duel.
Maybe we should make it where if it casts during duel, you have to be killed before the next duel so it goes away?
Or maybe we can make it to where we have to agree on forts, same as nosferatus etc..
I have a 160/60/98life plate, so I don't really mind either way.
