been playing around with a few setups in d2 planner
my main config has 1179-5695 GA: 244 dex on titan's side for max block at lv99, 9 min damage ring (adds ~1.65% to average GA physical damage), 160-60, 15-2-345ed gmb, pure 3 max invent yields the numbers in the screenshot. i think this damage is as high as it gets w/o using a 10max gc for 155 frw or something bizarre like speccing extra dex. minimum GA damage drops to 1071 with the loss of 9min affix (~1.65% average phys damage on GA)
waifu rings in this patch: min/str/rep, traditional rep/str/dex/life ring for more tankiness. i keep an eye out for both. RB rolled one of the nuttiest zvz rings recently. it's something like 23 or 24 str, 9min, 9rep, ~18 life iirc with a lil light res.
possible to get ~2200 life, 160 frw with near-perf gloves, ring at lv99. in small, constrained maps, feels like frw doesn't have as much utility, so i'll choose 150frw and 60 extra life.
months ago, lv96 was the sweet spot for maxing synergies, getting the passive breakpoints: 72-69-59; with terror zones, 97+ is reasonably attainable without a dedicated pvm javelin setup. i have no doubt you'll be able to perform without needing to level, though.
these days, it's probably easier to get lv 98 or 99 than it is to find a ring superior to RB's min, my tanky one, or dual-stat (16+) crafted gloves.
it's still possible to buy good rings in the 100-3500 range. nearly impossible to find str+dex crafted gloves, though, whether cb or kb. saw a dual stat 2 passive 20ias cb glove sell for like 65k recently. the melee jab players like jchurch and leicalized gobble them up, and the zva players gobble the kb gloves. kb doubled or tripled in price since 2.4 synergies made zon more popular and competitive.

PS i am liquidating some extraneous items. i've got a free 39-15-13 dungos and some more pieces, drew. been handing out rep rings and other goodies to new participants who sesh for a couple hours ^^ everyone has their price, if you know what i mean
