I'd like to take a vote on whether or not people would like to allow hybrid runewords. The prices have significantly reduced since they were reduced into the market and I feel that the original reason they were banned has been resolved.

This ladder has always supported unperm items in its attempt to equal the abilities between the rich and those less fortunate. Although perming your barb out of the game is not ideal, it is allowed on this ladder. however, we do draw the line at hybrid and bugged runewords (which are strictly not allowed:perm or unperm).
