The prices in ladder at this point are lower then nonladder. the reason for this is simple: supply and demand. There is more supply on ladder (and less demand) while on non ladder there is less supply and more demand. If you look at some of the price guides i wrote you will note that i predicted that there would be a price drop in nonladder at the time of ladder (everyone selling and switching to ladder) and that thereafter the prices in nonladder would increase (ppl still playing non ladder but no supply of new items). the prices in nonladder will broadly not change until the ladder reset at which point the cycle will start again.

bluntly, there is no "stock" in nonladder and therefore prices will ever be high for some time on that basis.

anyone with fg should buy high runes cheap at ladder reset, wait a month, and then sell them when they return to the higher value.
