where i should create my first pvp bower?

ladder or non ladder?

i mean where i will find more people to pvp?

if you think you'll have your bowa geared and leveled for pvp within several weeks, i'd make her on non-ladder so she doesn't have to wait to join the established pvp scene.

i enjoy farming and trading on ladder, especially at the beginning of the season. i'd imagine there are only a handful of people pvping on ladder right now, and i don't think i've seen any "duelz" pub games yet. the only pvp action i've seen on ladder is in Chaos Sanctuary when i'm invading or defending solo farming territory in pub baal games.

3-xx-20 scs, 3-3-xx (enough for at least 150 frw on titans side, 120 bow side)
