Okay so no one can use frozen orb anymore? It's a fucking main skill, Fire sorcs shouldn't be able to use hydra, or blaze then.
You guy's are making cold sorcs so weak, It's sad.

Orb can be used offensively as well, I'm a Cold sorc who uses Ice Blast, Orb and Blizzard.
Frozen orb is to slow down frw, that's it. Or to pk someone at low enough life for it to kill.
Have you never been stomped by a cold sorc, and got hit by orb head on? It does a tremendous amount of damage.
