did you guys agree to non extra mana pots before the duel? usually this thing is established pre or during the duel whether its gm or bm. do the rules state specifically if this is gm or bm beforehand?

You should really have a non-associated mediator be watching for duels when the head of the ladder is dueling for his spot.

I can also think of plenty of occasions where it is smart to hide for 10+ seconds, such as 0 life from ow & needing to rep to avoid a mb pk for example. I understand the 10+ second rule but proper mana usage should be plenty to prevent such an issue, just outplay them and win like a man ya know.
