Unfortunately there isn't really much they can do, he let him on his account and cannot prove it was him that took it unless he had a screenshot of the armor and helm and fleshlight offers it ft in a topic.. Even then mods prolly wouldn't do anything.

Def is relatively low but 4str 42life is BASE on it.. Hel rune can be provided, the -30req is from the jewels and you shouldn't really need that -30req if you are all rare.. it's 148str req on the base.
