there are three main zvz builds in d2r and they all use GMB faith + eth, upped titans + dungos + cat's eye + wartravs + ravenfrost:
1) gaze + 160-60 jeweler's armor of the whale + ber'd swordback (generally the most expensive if you go with a 160-60-100 life armor (avoid heavy or medium armors))
2) 40-15 shaft with 120-45-30, swordback
3) zva-style fort + 120-45-30 + stormshield (generally the most accessible if you already have a zva setup)
if you go with shaft or 160-60, you can get max life rep (22) from your ring and dungos, while fort gives 7 and dungos gives up to 13.
for gaze setups and shaft setups, best ring suffixes: 9 rep, 20 str, 15 dex, 40 life, 9 min
for fort: 20 str, 15 dex, 40 life, 9 min
good ring prefixes: attack rating, fire res, light res, all res, mana
ideal gloves are heavy bracers with 2 passive, 20ias, kb, 15 str, 15 dex. minimum is 20ias with at least 1 passive. if using fort, would be nice to get some rep from gloves to hit max of 22, although may require using a dungos with low rep to avoid going over the 22 rep limit.
generally best to aim for 72% crit, 59 avoid, 69 evade, at least one point into penetration; dodge is mostly irrelevant, pierce is optional (only worth it if opponent uses valk/decoy.)
max block, enough str for gear and rest into vit
150frw on titan's side if using light armor. invent should be max-ar-life, frw-max-ar. i forgot how much frw you need if you're wearing medium (shaft) armor.

afaik druid pets only in pvp, but i'm not 100% sure.
