so you're admitting that given the circumstances, you would cheat to win?
thank you for partially admitting to using a well during a duel that you were losing
no thats not what he's saying.
I have a few options:
I. Null the duel.
Problem with this is mark is up 3-1 without that kill.
II. Cancel that one kill.
Problem with this is this shows in the future that as long as you well, I'll just cancel that one kill. If I don't, I'll be accused of inconsistency. So if it's 4-4 and someone's 1 hp and they well, all they say is, k I well! redo!
III.
Leave it at 4-1.
Problem with this is there is a half empty well. Dan shows his life less than 50%. Commerce was in that game but he didn't touch well. I was also in that game (Hyuna) briefly but I never left town. Even though Mark claims to have never been hit, the well can be used for mana. I am neither confirming nor denying Mark drank out of the well. Just that the well has been drunk out of and even to a full hp person it provides benefits. No need point accusations because neither side has absolute proof.
There is no absolute right option but to think in the future of the duels, option #1 is best in that this shows that you can't drink out of the well to get a nulled kill. This will deal with the unknown well. It is rather unfortunate for Mark to have to start over but to think for the other duels, I believe this is the best option.
One could provide argument that Option II is the most fair. But this is only limiting your view of the scope to this one duel. In the future, if someone wells, and the opponent knows they did it on purpose to null the duel, the weller can cite this example and use this to his advantage.
Option three is just too messy... there will be too many accusations without full on proof.
