Yeah both do..
I'd go cb though because it has a higher base damage

I heard CB is not as fast? I dont know what to do!!!!

Both hit the ias bp with 40 ias on grief. Zweihander is a faster base so you only need 30 on the wep. Cb has a bit more dps on the lower end but appears to hit less frequently in comparison to zwei

U should loan me zwihander to do some testing!
