Yeah super easy to fuck yourself up squatting. I kind of gave up on them tbh, could never get good form and always hurt my back a little bit. Talking years of trying to do them well...just kinda gave up.

Deadlifts don’t bother me at all, and I think for me or anyone who does sports/athletic activities they (DL and variations) are fantastic and get my legs/back/core feeling solid AF. Was debating messing with a few machines to get a similar workout to squats but gyms still all closed down here (3+ months now) so I just do a few simple lifts (bench, rows, deadlifts, weighted pull-ups) at a friends house who has a rack.

One day covid will be over and I can get back in shape. Shooting for 3x BW DL and 315 on bench

Don't get me wrong, Squats will get you tree trunk legs, but super heavy squats will also get your spine all kinds of fucked up, good form or not. Dorian said that light/medium Squats on Smith Machine is the ticket, but even he now recommends to not even do them period. And considering how massive he is and relatively injury free, I'll take his advice any day. Another secret is you can get huge legs without Squatting. Leg Press, Leg curls, hack squats, lunges blah blah blah.
Deadlifts if decent form is used and medium weight is OK. Decent form being the key to it. I get an insane pump doing deads with just 225 for 15 reps. Equivalent to 405 for 5 reps but WAY less pressure on the lower back /spine.
I never could get 315 or above on flat bench until I started doing the following BACK exercises: ISO-Lateral rows, one arm dumb bell rows and bent over rows. The secret is a strong back helps with your bench. After about 6 months of hitting those back exercises hard, my bench literally exploded. My best ever is 365 for 1RM - RAW (no spotter). With a spotter I prolly could've hit 405. Meh. Nowadays, I'll hit 225 for 15-20 for 4 sets and dude, talk about a sick pump. Yoked!

yeah and also your rotator
see you screwed yourself when you said you did KB swings @106lbs for reps LOL
KB swings are actually good to build up str in the shoulders... but not at 106 lbs! Maybe up to 65 or something, even that would be pushing it.
Have fun with those blown out shoulders in a couple years (thats if you're even swinging that much weight which I have my doubts on).

Dude u realize simply because their is movement in a joint or muscle doesnt mean ur using that to move the load? Explode with ur glutes and enough force is generated to hoist the bell. Yes ur arms and shoulders are literally moving but that doesnt mean they're the source of force production. RUSSIAN SWINGS

all thats fine with a reasonable weight. You said 106lb KB which is one of the heaviest KB there is.
We're right back to squats. You can safely squat 225 with no problems. You start going 500 + and you're gonna have issues.
The point you're missing is that KB swings / russian swings etc etc are safe. 106lbs = not safe and will assist in burning out that rotator, just like 650lb squats will blow out your hips... eventually.
IF you can't understand that then you're just dense af and as stated before, enjoy those shoulder injuries that come from swinging 106 lb for reps, I don't care what cheat muscles you're using to assist in the swing.

How is 106 one of the biggest kettlebells? They make 203 lb kettlebells lol. Also giving a specific weight is silly. A 6 foot 300 lb man and a 5 foot 98 lb woman are not going to be able to support the same load without risk of injury
