i have a feeling blizzard is playing it safe by focusing on adding runewords which will have some relevance in pvm without disrupting pvp much. i think the sentiment in the pvp community at large is blizzard should get whirlwind working the way it used to and resolve other tech debt before disrupting the current meta.

Zon almost complete, and the intention is to join, Just to confirm D2r, The rules have not changed since post 1 in D2 Legacy? i.e. Forti is banned? Bridge Map on request or is it any Bloodmore? Anything else thats changed since post 1 ? No Psn from charms, what if my javs have 1-6 psn damage on them?

(I assume you got a moderator to change this from legacy thread to D2r thread, a bit confusing haha!)
