Ronnie Coleman lifted massive weights with shit form. Dling close 8 or 900 lbs is not going to be perfect form. He was also on heavy amounts of anabolics allowing his body to artificially recover quicker and beyond what a normal human biology is capable of.
Imagine telling like 10 time Mr. Olympia he didn't know what proper form was
The real problem was he did heavy ass squats and deadlifts and fucked up his spine. Thats why his spine is literally fused as an entire whole. You're probably on the bone head crew that thinks you have to not only do squats, but you have to do them extremely heavy to get big legs and overall mass.
Wrong. The real secret is medium weight (not heavy) combined with reps in the 15-20 range will produce equal if not better results, and almost no injuries. Plus, you don't even need squats, and if you do them, use a Smith Machine and go light to medium weight.
Also, if you're not a bodybuilding but more of a HIT / Crossfitter, I guarantee you 1000% an injury is headed your way. Enjoy.
