LOL obama got rekt on his own Realm

Crossfitters perform very high volumes of completely different exercises often as quickly as possible and while already heavily fatigued. They also use shit form intentionally to spare their muscles so they can go even longer. They literally have an exercise specific to crossfit called a handstand pushupwhere they bang their head on the ground to signify a completed rep.
Ronnie Coleman lifted massive weights with shit form. Dling close 8 or 900 lbs is not going to be perfect form. He was also on heavy amounts of anabolics allowing his body to artificially recover quicker and beyond what a normal human biology is capable of.

The 2 examples u just gave were 2 of the worst u could've come up with and u showed me even more that ur a fucking idiot regarding exercise and basically everything else. Stay the fuck away from me lest ur stupidity wear off on me I'm trying to maintain my 145IQ

Imagine telling like 10 time Mr. Olympia he didn't know what proper form was
The real problem was he did heavy ass squats and deadlifts and fucked up his spine. Thats why his spine is literally fused as an entire whole. You're probably on the bone head crew that thinks you have to not only do squats, but you have to do them extremely heavy to get big legs and overall mass.
Wrong. The real secret is medium weight (not heavy) combined with reps in the 15-20 range will produce equal if not better results, and almost no injuries. Plus, you don't even need squats, and if you do them, use a Smith Machine and go light to medium weight.
Also, if you're not a bodybuilding but more of a HIT / Crossfitter, I guarantee you 1000% an injury is headed your way. Enjoy.

U literally just ascribed a belief to me and then refuted it when I dodmt even say it lol. Nice strawman. U realize when bbers are pushing to the absolute limit to get the last little bit of growth they're not going to be 100% on form? Ur a dumbass.

wut
You do realize that those kettebell swings (especially at 106lbs) are going to fuck up your rotator. But yeah, I'm the idiot here
The real question is why are you pretending to be a weight lifter when clearly you know so little?
What are your macros daily?

I like this is almost 200 pages and now is people arguing about weightlifting.

I do enjoy weights I think there is a lot of benefits if you have good form, or at a minimum, stay tight. Hard to have 100% form when you are maxing yourself out. But if you cant have perfect form and can at least stay tight, you can still push yourself with less risk of injury. I’m no beast like some, but I weigh 145 and my DL goal is 3x3 at 400lbs, last heavy set was 3x3 345lbs so I got a ways to go.

It’s funny tho to go to the gym and see people doing heavy sets with suuuuuper bad form. Like man your spinal erectors can’t handle that shit and girls don’t think you look good, only impresses people who don’t know what the fuck they’re doing (75% of gym goers if I had to guess).
