3-volley has stood the test of time for like 10+ years afaik. never once seen a convincing argument to change it. i'm 100% for keeping the rule how it is.

in all honesty if this was a euro thing over the last 10 years then when we split the ladder we can just have the EU side unban multi spam.

Original rules would allow unlimited multi / SM / ban LB/LF etc but this is not 20 years ago and I don't see the point of changing up a rule we have had in place for the past 12 years on the NA ladder.

As far I know it wasn't euro thing. It's better to have unified rules call GM ZvZ Rules.

In Eu we use to play base on PCL / Euro-PvP rules which had both Faith and mana pots banned.
Now we're working on adapting PCL rules in to D2R standard and we allowed Faith. Multi has never been a topic of debate.
To be honest PCL has always been more in to TvT than mirror matchup. I see the GM rules you guys have are very logical.
I like the idea of "multi is allowed but don't abuse it" so as playing on nightmare. Reducing rl to 22 is also nice idea.

Don’t sweat it. These folks tend to weed themselves out. The nice thing about a ladder with rules is if people don’t want to follow them they can go play somewhere else 😈.
