according to these rules im pretty sure i can use wiz + kiras + raven, as the stack limit per item isn't stated anywhere

- No hacks of any kind
- Refusal to gmod test, refusal to show inventory/weapon swap, will result in a ban
- All absorb has limitations per class/build.
- No more than 75% poison reduction is allowed.
- 85% resistance cap may not use 85%resis + sorb
- Using +maximum resistance + a piece of absorb is banned. im pretty sure this means no inferno + dwarf
- No use of L tap in Melee vs. Melee duel.
- No more than 40 Life Replenish is allowed on any character.
- Items which contain spell charges are allowed, but the use of the charges is not.
- No mercenaries are allowed.
- No Guardian Angel Armors.
- No two pieces of Sorb or Max Resistance of the same Element.
- No Naked killing.
- No Hotspurs Unless Said Otherwise Under Characters.
- No Money Takers.
- 100%+ resistance shields are your 1 piece of sorb/max res - doesnt apply to wiz
- Ties are ties not first kill
- A maximum of one poison small charm per inventory
- Ias and r/w have no caps
- Only in game technique banned is overly defensive play
- No traps/missles may be casted prior to your opponent saying 'Go'
- Towning is infact a loss, accidental or not.
- No extended use of houses

251 total cold resist + ravens would be considered bm.

and having 100+res over a weapon=bm but w/e

imo if you cry so much about 'cold stack' get 10x20/11, kiras,raven,hoto etc..

good nec can beat blizz, and if you're not retarded, you musta put a point into summon resist...

Summon resist makes it worse, golem not dying in one hit just means blizz glitch hits you more.

/e Obviously not saying that you shouldn't stat summon resist, just that it's not good vs blizz specifically.
