never dueld against sopranos but i agree back when drew had crown every duel from the bottom was a real challenge. unfortunately this ladder will never see that again

you are, all the old barbs were pretty much cookie cutters of eachother, same gear and charm setup, i on the other hand had a completely custom charm set up no one has ever used on ladder, proven more effective than 37x 32020s

You say this yet I never saw you duel any of the barbs we're talking about.


As far as "cookie cutter" builds went you obviously werent there. There were people trying out different builds all the time and it was more based on skill and technique rather than gear which is how its supposed to be.(Sorry if this sounds bitchy, its not meant that way. Kind of in a bad mood)

I don't consider swapping out 9-15x 32020 scs in exchange for 3-5x 132/45 gcs straying all to far from the cookie cutter build.

I had a full set of 32020 scs, 132/45 gcs, and 10/76/45 gcs. Mixed and matched them anyway I saw fit, but I dont consider it innovative in any way. It is still a cookie cutter upped arreat, upped gore, grief, SA build.

the charms are what make the barb, not the gear (excluding skill obv). at least thats how i view it.
