Sopranos had 10x achieved on Jan 26 2012. Lost it to Maverick426h on Feb 16 2012.

Sopranos total final record was (17-3) [192-134]

Sopranos defended it more times than drew did, however drew was facing far more experienced and well built barbs being as it was at the peak of the BvB ladder. Sopranos dueled the same people over and over again.

This is also a good factor. Drew was in it during the era of SaVaGeS.

You know Facku. :p

During the time of Drew's defenses was arguably the best group of BvBs ever on East.
His number of defenses and who he defended against was far and away the best run any BvB has ever had. ;)
Any of the top 10 or so back then was perfectly capable of snatching #1 at any moment and Drew held on for an incredible run.
Drew = #1

I agree, the competition back then was way tougher.
For the past several years a good barb could go from the bottom rank into the top 3 without even breaking a sweat.
The only real challenge was knocking off #1 from his roost

Back in the day it was a ROUGH CLIMB to even get into the top 10, and a whole new ball game to do what Drew did by having and constantly holding #1

Drew's 13x title defenses spanned from 10/1/2009 to 11/15/2009. A month and a half.
compared to Sopranos 10x title defenses 10/24/2011 to 2/16/2012. Almost 4 months.

The ranks below Drew were always rotating and changing, so he had different GOOD people all the time.
Sopranos smacked Dalinkwent and ggnore88 around over and over :D
