General Rules
-both teams must say go
-the duels end when the entire other team dies, do not get body or help your team until then
-bad mannering of any kind (gold steal, nk, racism) will get you banned

Specific Rules
-level 90+ characters only
-duels take place in the blood moor
-must clear moor before dueling
-no thawing/antidote pots
-no rejuvs/hp pots
-no shrines/wells
-no mercs
-no doom
-no prebuffing (cube inventory is ok)
-max resist of any element is 85%* (or 5% max and 20% sorb)
-max absorb of any element is 20%*
-can't use any +max resist or +%absorb with rising sun, tgods, or luna
-life replenish is capped at 40 (exception of 52 for barbs with angelics)
-max poison off items is 451
-no more then 10% slow off items (with the exception of arach)
-no casting charges from items(unless agreed upon by both parties)
*don't combine more then 1-5% max with more then 20% absorb

Character Specific Rules
amazon:
-amazons may use 2 ravens with under 310 cold resist

assassin:
-c/c sins with above level 1 traps can't use any +absorb or +max

barbarian:
-bvc's may use two ravens with under 310 cold resist

necro:
-bonewall is banned
-lifetap is banned
-iron madien is banned
-all corpse skills are banned
-prison is BM if enemy doesn't use enigma.
-may use hotspur or dwarf and 10%


sorceress:
-max bug manas 13
-no +max resist with ES
-no +sorb or % sorb with ES
-blizz sorcs may use doom
-magic and physical damage reduce are capped at 15

paladin:
-maximum of 1 base prayer
-defensive gc's are banned
-holy bolt is banned

Gameplay Restrictions
-avoiding contact with an opponent intentionally with no plans of attacking
-casting of traps/missiles before both players say go
-camping in houses

Game Techniques

-no glitching (aura glitch, skill glitching, ww glitch, corpse glitch, blade fury, flame bellow, trang, etc)

I knew you played V/TS? lol you said blind matchup, I have 1 complete char which I was in the pub on. You were dueling with a Sorc then you wanted blind matchup and brought vt.... I had no fucking idea thats what u were bringing. regardless I'll duel him again WITH lifetap, what u so scared of?




Nah I called you out on bm sorb as well because you were healing in my traps, but idc whatever. It's mostly the tap I'm concerned with. You have such an advantage with tap/sorb against a hybrid sin itd be laughable IF YOU lost. So lets do this again.

Smite is not “melee” either. Sure, by the standard definition of the word, it is melee because it is hand to hand combat. However, we’re talking about Diablo 2, smite and ww are not melee by the community standard. If the community standard does not matter, then he can use whatever sorb and tap he wants, as may you.
