this chart is tripping me out. never realized there are effectively small breakpoints/thresholds with regard to frw. makes me wonder if 153% will round up to +4.56. there's a .4% increase going from 13.5 to 13.56 yards per second.
add 9 to each figure in the table below to calculate run speed (assuming all light armor)
