clint, i may actually need some help updating/organizing sometimes, especially if it gets to around 25-30 people again

the inactivity/dodge rule will be more enforced and if a person doesn't take their duel within the allotted time period, it will count as a loss. this will hopefully prevent dodging/inactivity and keep the ladder flowing, even if it means X amount of people drop from it.

Require atleast a pm a day imo.
Every time someone challenged me I only got 1 PM then like no contact afterwards and calling dosge.
