399 raven doesn't tank as much as u think, after testing with nick it was more equal to 425 in hits taken. I am pretty much the only one that uses it, and only for the can't be frozen

even if i won 5-0, or lost 0-5, score didnt matter, it was the fact that i had to show defense, which is not how it should be done.  Cold sorcs are supposed to lure us under blizz and then spam ib.  At close range ib > fireball as far as power will go.

I cant wait until the ladder season gets into depth when a 105 ladder is made that i will run, and will get to test some new stuff on there and create an entirely new rule set.

tbh tho, i think 410 cres + raven would be the fairest out of anything.

2 seperate ladders 105/117 and 200fcr would be the fairest way to even out the playing field. Just limit the resists for cold light and fire to the same specifications. 450max or 410+(raven/10%max) would even out the playing field and open the ladder up to new builds. I for one would have a blast on a 25k fb  or a 12.5k ib
