you are right, either cold is overpowered, or under powered. but a 200 vita should never have to play defense against any type of sorc, and with a 200 under 3300 life, they are forced to against the cold sorc. And that is not what we intended to have happen.

So what we probablyshould do is allow sorcs w/ less then 3500 life to stack up to 450 again, and sorcs above 3700 to use the new rule.

But we really do need to bring raven back, and there is no balanced way possible to do so. so 399 + raven needs to be reinstated.

only problem is i personally never wanted to hatch a set of rules based upon the life you have on you sorc cuz its silly.

but yes lo/wisp will not be allowed anymore for sure
