we changed them for those 4k life sorcs, but 3k life sorcs now suffer greatly.

so just gotta balance them out again

Theres no balance regardless of how the rules are setup.those with the funding can make things un even also you're basing it off dueling nick go find a pub cold sorc to test with not one of the better svs players xD
