i saw 15ed, 4os, 3 skill mat bows going for like 2k bin. i bet they're ~300 now. rip.

i kept telling myself it might be wise to wait for blizz to release new content before committing to a particular build, then i think someone mentioned it'd be after season 1 starts and i was like, nahhh i gotta get building. game has already been out for ten weeks and i've been watching bui and other top-tier duelers win tournaments with four-point rings and other middle-of-the-road gear, so i figure now is the best opportunity to make some progress before everyone has their six-point gears, near-perf crafted items, lvl 99 chars. d2r feels so fresh compared to legacy in this sense. it's like a big, meta-ladder reset.

i think all of us are itching to start the ladder as mfing and flipping gets pretty boring

although it would feel bad to buy 4 x 40/15s atm and watch them be 1k in a month - best too pick up some big pieces and use mostly temps

ZvZ feels pretty much unchanged from legacy - although C/T is a bit different on d2r

also i always like pointing out DE ran the ladder on a 67 zon for awhile lol.... so amapk has really never been about the gear
