meh on nonladder they are :(

edit: all they do is give 5% more chance to cast Tap, where exile already gave 15%.

why would that be illegal?

Nl is trash thats why

5% more chance to cast tap + exile 15%=20%

it's too much imho.

imo drac suck anyway u wud get raped 6-0 in tap duels if u wore thm

lies u didnt u jst made up that u beat me 6-1 6-4 i nva lost those 2 sets guess ima jst go QQ tell u god dam lose

Life tap DOES stack. more % chance of tap you have better chance you hit it. ontop of that it would be most pointless duel ever lol
