kinda yes n no reason why they do that is so a necro can use a white wand more dmg over more then anything 4 spearing a sin over 5 spears lol for example

At one point I had to memorize the rules, but now they have been changed to the point if I don't quit d2 ima make a new sorc. I see new holes to get tankier builds.. I think the one that made these changes snuck them in to make fbers even more broken..



Maybe not so much vs fire or cold, but vs light 20/80 is far superior to 85.
You can have a great chance to heal instead of taking no damg.

I think I now see the endgame to these changes, and its not to help cold sorcs...

What's the big deal about it? Of 200 vitas do it they sacrifice damage for a small amount of tank which actually hurts them more then help

well it matters alot actually. wisp and lo tanks a considerable amount more than 2x Los. it'll give adict alot more of an advantage imo :X but ok.......

but imo you should ask eric or me b4 changing random parts of the rules. cause obv eric wont like this.
