LMAO
omg you sound like a Crossfit loser
I love grabbing the 115lb dumb bells and doing my chest workouts while all the little crossfit kids look on in jealousy
Crossfit is for people scared of actual heavy weight
Case in point - you think doing kettlebell swings using two hands @ 106 lbs is impressive
God this thread keeps getting more and more cringe
https://i.imgur.com/WyT2ytd.jpgI could probably swing a 106 kb with 2 hands for 75 reps without stopping
I do 1 h for cross body stabilization and maximum muscle recruitment, 1 h = muscle recruitment 2h = max power
115 db isn't even impressive I trsined chest like 3 times within 2 weeks after not having done chest other than pushup for several years and was already using 90s
Some will b weak scrawn 4ever they got noodle body gumby genetics frail structures some will b powerhouse, if this was 100 years ago I'd chain u to my stallion and make u pull him while I bang ur gf and wife u clubfoot freaks, u got no true power jus fake steroid muscles, u r very unathletic I have functional movement and strength, u can only press a fatass hefer woman off u if shes 200 lb, I can dominate every aspect of her from any position and angle with pure explosiveness
