If you challenge someone and lose or if You lose to challenger you have to wait 24 hours to challenge someone else.

hes only upset over wat happend in KOB cant say i blame him takes time and alot of effort to get duels done.
hard to do when your working full time and to get duel points taken away from you is like WTF. i do under stand wheres he coming from.

Deadline was there everyone seen it, sorry u couldn't finish and for Numba1 hes always been that way.. im sure some will agree and I wont mention any names.
