I know numerous people on this ladder are ok with non-bmana ES sorc's using 10%. I think it would make more sense having it at 10% allowed, which allows me to tank 2-3 more. Makes losing mana boots / other stats worthwhile. 1 just isn't enough to justify the gear change lol.

I'm fine either way, with or without the new rule. But figured since I'm the only es sorc on here I'd give my opinion.

I tank 4 with no %max, 5 with 5% max, 6-7 with 10% max.

This was tested with 21-23k fb dmg.

Granted you'll rarely get 4shots on me at once - but that's the name of the game with es

nas only tanks 6-7 atmost at 3.3k life. 4k life would tank like 8, 9 at absolute max. thats with 22k fb tho.
i guess it really depends on the es's dueling style, and there arent many with the ideal dueling styles for 10%.
tbh id say 5% is fair :/ would have to test my self tho with you. mayb we can do this a bit later.
