10 max would only be good if u use 450+. but imo people need to test the builds not just talk about them on here.
me and ryan spent a good hour or 2 testing cold res. 425 made the most sense.

this. but 350 is way to low, tats like a 2 ib death from me. id say 390 or mayb 395.
i never really had a problem with the raven build, since the reason why 425 is better than 450 is that cold mastery still has a factor. raven it always had a factor.
cold mastery is the only thing that gives cold an edge, so why would we have ever negated it.
but snowclash does rape cvc, ask melanee :X
