RULES AS POSTED:

If you built your barb around a zbug arreat but cant afford and use a UNPERM one... You should reroll and build one that is legit use of gears.

- Do not Prebuff.
- Do not Precast.
- Do not use Poison.
- Do not use Slow. (Cold Dmg Sc's are exception)
- Do not Enchant.
- Do not use Healing Pots.
- Do not Run. (As a Dodging/Flee tactic)
- Do not Tmc.
- Do not use temporary armor or weapons. (Do not use Ethereal gear that is not repairable. Bugged items are excepted.)- You must have enough strength to pick up your body without switching gear.
- If chilling armor casts from Fort it can be used for that one duel. The next duel the player must either rejoin or be killed. This way chilling armor wont be precasted for the next duel.
- Duels are first to 7. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WIN BY 2.* You are expected to know these rules before participating on the Ladder.
- Failing to abide by the rules will bring actions against you depending on the severity and times of offense.
- It can be required that both show gear before a duel if one feels the other may be using Ethereal Non-repairable gear.



- When challenging on the ladder, challenge one or two spots up the ladder. Make sure to post all information for both participants and send a personal message to the player you challenged ASAP.

You should go back to the bottom and restart with a legit barb.

Not worthy of a GM BVB IMO with that POS unperm zbug you are using... or buy a legit one like Mke and the rest of us and restart from bottom.

My gears were inspected before I was allowed in. NOWHERE does it say that unperms are not allowed. It says ethereal gear that is not indestructible....

That long post you took all the time to point out stuff in was wrong, bro. The "Temporary" is for Eth items with no repair. Not supposedly unperm items. No item is proven unperm until it poofs. Rugzy, this is your own premise in trading! That is why you sell as perm and then refund when poofs.

i believe unperm items should not be used in the ladder or any tournament.
since the item is not legit. it then voids the idea of legit dueling.
its unfair for people who dont build around it and settle for a weaker arreats
and its unfair to those who spend thousands on theres.

I was planning on buying one. That was the whole reason I bought an unperm and built for it.

I just decided against spending 20k+ fg on an item that may or may not poof. I can literally buy 5,000 unperms for 20k fg, ya know?

It's not like my entire barb is unperm. This one hat is the ONLY unperm item that I even own, and it's not like I'm being secretive about it or anything like that.

Rugzy is just trying to cause problems.

edit: I also agree that unperms should not be allowed in tourneys and such. We had this same discussion for our zeal tourneys about allowing unperm 3/20/20's and such. It wasn't stated in the rules though, and nobody has complained whatsoever. Not even people who have lost to me and permed me out afterwards. The gears don't make all that big a difference as we were talking about before, it's about your bvb skills. I've lost to barbs with unperfect gears and non zbug arreats. It's all for fun, guys, remember that.. I joined the ladder for fun and to see how my bvb would do against the best bvb'ers west.

You all know I can afford a "legit" one if I really wanted to, so there isn't really an issue IMO.
