depends on ur preference of set up really, i might be wrong who knows but..

i still rock FoI cuz my zon has a ZvA stash and easier to hit the BPs with the 20ias FoI

there's no zvz build where you'll need the extra 20 ias, if you do, you're not using the most optimal setup.

ber gaze + cat's eye + 20 ias gloves + 160/60 = 95+
120/45 + cat's eye + 20 ias gloves + 40/15 shaftstop = 95+

even if you're ~edgy~ and use HL, you'll always meet bp

yeah thats why i got a reg faith for zvz lol
some people think the deadly strike makes up for the dmg loss but really it does not...
