And tap duels are depending on who taps first

not at all, i've won plenty of duels where they tapped 1st

Well I have 2 but it person A taps and person B doesn't person A will prob win

You both have the same % ctc tap unless one person is using dracs, during the course of a best of 3 first to 6 win by 2 in each the law of averages kicks in and it's quite 50/50, of course there are some times where one person taps the whole time etc... but it doesn't happen often

But a nt zeal v zeal imo is GG

not in zeal vs zeal they aren't

Lvl to cast is above 5 O.o

Any armor that casts slow or elemental skill over Level 5

it's not an elemental skill

Technically according to this rule fort is banned
