Anyone been on the PTR and checked out the foh change? Seems like it might be rip to v/c's if they don't nerf that. The cast speed is absurd

Seemed op at the beginning but it is actually pretty much the same. If you foh too much you get rekt by charge

Yeah we will see, the foh change along with phoenix becoming viable will be interesting, meta may be changing.
