So... I don't really get it, my group is now called tier 3, but all my opponents are exactly the same as before?? We all moved up?

The ladder always has to account for people dropping, which in the first week we had 3-4 people drop.
I calculated the update then removed the people and consolidated the ladder.

Edit: The ladder is going to be misleading rank wise until results level it out.
If you win your challenges you will climb, I can't help if you signed up after the random seeding or randomly got seeded low.
