... I had every intention of dueling you. But when kurtchak became available, being a vita nec and 2 spots ahead as opposed to one and being under the impression that withdrawal and rechallenge was not against any rules, of course I opted to duel him over you.

We should call this the Rick rule because he literally used this in every ladder he participated in to reach #1 as fast and easy as possible then resign as a "champ" before someone owns him =) anyway point is he was trying to get an easier duel like I knew was the case. I understand what you mean but personally I'd much rather rules that's encourage actually dueling and winning rather than manipulating challenges and stalking the ladder 24/7.
