Yeah, i actually meant to put (Will be Ruled as Null.. etc) For your duel and This duel xxtimxx727 Vs. smokawat420judging by Last seen + what not.
Took a closer look @ the Null / Dodge Rulings, so you can re-challenge for #1 and if it doesnt get completed the 2nd time around , you will be #1 by default.

Bingtu Vs. Cjarvis Will be ruled as dodge. since both users have been recently active. Im a new mod to the ladder though so if you have any complaints about the rulings just pm me idc either way
