Ban ravenfrost and just use cold stack.

Edit:

I'm the one that tested the ravenfrost + 399 + anya build with Dlee and I was able to tank 11 iceblasts.
I did the anya quests and ya, nobody will remake their character because of a quest.. too much work. I agree with the dying once before hand thing to eliminate anya but honestly, anya doesnt really matter unless its vs cold and if you're stacking vs cold with a Raven.

I have two builds, one is with no raven and use cold stack, the other is 399 + raven. I find that even after I take out the anya bonus, I can take equally well with my cold stack vs ravenfrost. In my opinion, take out ravenfrost and just use cold stack. I find a balance here because you can only stack so much cold before you sacrifice damage and life.. so you have to find a balance. Being frozen doesnt really affect much unless you walk / run I guess..
