It just prevents holding down multi. It's part of the rules. Adapt and duel.

There's not much skill to multi spamming mid-range compared to aiming with GA. These are the rules established by this ladder. As aforementioned, if you're a good zon, this shouldn't affect your skill or ability. Why are any rules made in GM? The answer is to level the playing field and make conditions fair. Slow missile and slow target were also banned. Are you ruling against this as well since you believe in letting an amazon use whatever she wants? This is a GM ladder. No one is forcing anyone to duel here, but if you do choose to duel here on your own accord, then abide by the established rules. I did not agree with every single rule when I read them as well. SM wasn't always BM. I didn't agree with the SM being BM in ZvZ because I believed that if a zon charges in to Jab, then NL GA you, I should be able to punish them by SMing them, but I adapted and dueled and I'm sure others on the ladder felt the same way before about one portion of the rules section or another. You never know until you join and duel, so I suggest just that. Get your amazon or build one and join the GM ZvZ ladder. You're entitled to your opinion but again, no one is forcing you, so you don't have to duel here if you don't want to.

im just saying that rule about the multi is so gay , its up to the amazon who plays to shoot as much ga / multi as they want , sure if they want to hold down multi then they will lose cus any good zon would win anyways , i would adapt to these rules if i got access to an east zon but im just saying that the 3 multi then 1 ga is a gay rule

That's what medis are for. If you abuse multi too much, id call a rematch of that round, invite a medi to wwatch n enforce the 3 volley rule.
In zva, mukti all you like. Most opponents there will have 3500+ life..
In zvz you seldom see zons with 2300+ life. So yeah, a cheap attack like multi forces your opponent to play even more defensively than zons already do.

I say let the kid join. let him multi spam with low ar/dmg. I'll SS/tits walk charge, namelock and smash him 5-0. Then he'll understand the reason behind 3 volley and how multi spam is no good here

For the same reason we have laws in our respective countries. To protect rights of people without impinging on anothers freedom.
Regardless to the fact that multispam is able to be countered, it forces your opponent to play defensive/shield out, and robbing them of their own playstyle.
On the same token of, "multi volleying" is unfair... you've obviously never dueled with a cs zon for example.. 2xwisp/tgods smasheds a cs zon. But that's not gm. Gm rules on east are "largely" fair imo. I have never had a problem with volley, and have only seen multi abuse a few times in 1v1.

If you wanna multi spam, go join a 4v4.
